Method
 

  1. First, make sure you pat the tuna fillet dry using a paper towel.
  2. Next, grab a sharp knife and dice the tuna into one-inch pieces.
  3. Now, it’s time to mix the marinade. In a bowl, combine the ginger, garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha sauce if you’re using it.
  4. Add the diced tuna to the marinade and mix gently.
  5. In another bowl, repeat the process for the avocado mixture.
  6. Now comes the fun part: assembling the tartare. Take a mold, ramekin, or bowl and oil the inside using a brush.
  7. Start by layering the avocado mixture at the bottom.
  8. Next, add the marinated tuna on top of the avocado layer.
  9. Carefully remove the mold to reveal the beautifully stacked Tuna Tartare.
  10. Serve immediately with pita chips or cucumber rounds.
