  • 1 pouch Chicken of the Sea Lemon Pepper Flavored Salmon Pouch
  • 0.25 cup Canned black beans
  • 1 Jalapeno pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Diced red bell pepper
  • 1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Method
 

  1. Layer chips in an ovenproof skillet or on a sheet pan.
  2. Divide the salmon into chunks and spread over the chips.

  4. Broil with the oven door cracked open just until the cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from the oven and serve!
