Method
 

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the rice and water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

  3. Add the chopped carrots to the saucepan. Cover and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
  4. Let it cool slightly before blending. Transfer everything to a food processor and blend until smooth.
