Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium Tomatoes Seeded and diced.
  • 1 small Shallot Finely chopped.
  • 3 tablespoons Basil Chopped.
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley Chopped.
  • 1.5 teaspoons Capers Chopped.
  • 2.5 tablespoons Olive Oil Extra-virgin.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • Pinch Salt
  • Pinch Black Pepper

Method
