  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 juice lemon of half a lemon
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cut the stalky ends off 1 bunch asparagus and place the asparagus into a large bowl.

  4. Pour over the asparagus and toss to coat.
  5. Lay the coated asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  7. Roast for 10 minutes, checking for doneness.
