Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Wash and dry your jalapenos.
  3. Slice them lengthwise.
  4. Remove seeds.
  5. Place sliced jalapenos on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast them for 25 to 30 minutes.
  7. Remove jalapenos from the oven.
  8. Cover with plastic wrap.
  9. Let the peppers sweat for 15 minutes.
  10. After sweating, remove skins from peppers.
