- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Wash and dry your jalapenos.
- Slice them lengthwise.
- Remove seeds.
- Place sliced jalapenos on a baking sheet.
- Roast them for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Remove jalapenos from the oven.
- Cover with plastic wrap.
- Let the peppers sweat for 15 minutes.
- After sweating, remove skins from peppers.
