Ingredients
  

  • 1 potato potato peeled and sliced very thin
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup mozzarella shredded

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375ᵒ.
  2. Grease a gratin dish well using butter or cooking spray.
  3. Add half of the potato slices, overlapping them to cover the bottom of the dish.
  4. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
  5. Add ¾ of the heavy cream over the potatoes.
  6. Add ¾ of the mozzarella cheese, distributing it evenly.
  7. Cover with the remaining potato slices.
  8. Once again, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  9. Add the remaining heavy cream over the top layer.
  10. Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella cheese on top.
  11. Place in the hot oven and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
