Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 whole tomato sliced
  • 1 whole Fuji apple diced
  • ½ whole red onion sliced
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds shelled
  • cup goat or feta cheese crumbled
  • 1-2 whole cooked chicken breasts sliced
  • 2 ounces white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 ounces olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Toss all ingredients in a large salad bowl. The amount of chicken you use depends on how many you're feeding. As a main dish, this salad feeds 2 and 8 ounces of chicken breast is plenty. Place all dressing ingredients in a jar. Seal and shake. Pour over salad, toss to coat. Serve immediately.

  • This is a great salad without the chicken too!
