Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare a 2-quart baking dish by spraying it with non-stick spray.
Place the butter into the dish and put it in the oven during the preheating stage.
While the butter is melting, drain the canned fruit thoroughly.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the flour, sugar, milk, and cinnamon. Use a whisk to mix until well blended.
Once the butter is melted, take the baking dish out of the oven. Pour the flour mixture into the melted butter.
Now, add the fruit. Pour it gently over the batter.
Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for about 35 to 45 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
Serve the One Cup Cobbler warm, with ice cream or whipped cream.
