Ingredients
  

  • 230g grams ready-rolled puff pastry
  • 150g grams Nutella
  • 1 egg yolk lightly beaten for egg wash

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F/Gas 4).
  2. Unroll a sheet of puff pastry on a clean work surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into 6 triangles.
  4. Spread a layer of Nutella on each triangle.
  5. Roll the pastry from the wide end to the point, forming a croissant.
  6. Place the rolled croissants on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush with the beaten egg yolk.
  8. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
  10. Enjoy your Nutella Croissants warm!
