Method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F/Gas 4).
- Unroll a sheet of puff pastry on a clean work surface.
- Cut the pastry into 6 triangles.
- Spread a layer of Nutella on each triangle.
- Roll the pastry from the wide end to the point, forming a croissant.
- Place the rolled croissants on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Brush with the beaten egg yolk.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
- Enjoy your Nutella Croissants warm!
