- Start by cooking the chicken strips according to the package’s directions. Let cool for 5 minutes before cutting into strips.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl, add the mixed greens. This will be the base for your salad.
- Once the chicken is cooled and cut, place it on top of the mixed greens.
- Then, scatter the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and grapes over the salad.

- For the dressing, combine the honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and optional mayonnaise in a blender. Blend until smooth.
