Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Chicken Breast Cut into 3/4 inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Minced, about 3 medium cloves
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce Less sodium preferred
  • 4 cups White Rice Cooked
  • Green Onion For topping
  • Sesame Seeds For topping

Method
 

  1. Place the cubed chicken breast and flour in a large bowl (or bag) and toss until the chicken is fully coated with flour.
  2. Add the olive oil to a large skillet set over medium-high heat.
  3. When the oil is hot, add the chicken in a single layer.
  4. Cook the chicken for 6 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. When the chicken is cooked through, add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  6. Next, whisk together the honey, water, and soy sauce.
  7. Add the sauce to the pan and stir to coat the chicken.
  8. Bring the sauce to a boil and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, or until it is bubbling and thick.
  9. Serve immediately overtop rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
