  • 6 buns Whole Wheat Slider Buns
  • 0.5 lb Shredded Rotisserie Chicken
  • 1 cup Granny Smith Apples Cubed
  • 1 cup Grapes Halved
  • 0.25 cup Slivered Almonds
  • 0.25 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1 tsp Garlic Salt
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 0.75 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, granny smith apples, grapes, slivered almonds, and dried cranberries.
  2. Add garlic salt, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Stir well to ensure that the spices are evenly distributed.
  3. Fold in the plain Greek yogurt to bind the salad together.
  4. Take your whole wheat slider buns and lightly toast them if desired.
  5. Scoop a generous spoonful of the chicken salad mixture onto the bottom half of each bun.
  6. Top the filled buns with the other half and secure with a toothpick if desired.
  7. Arrange the sliders on a serving platter and serve immediately or let them sit for a few minutes.
