Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds ground chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded zucchini
  • 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil olive or vegetable
  • sour cream
  • fresh dill

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped onion, shredded zucchini, seasoned bread crumbs, egg, salt, and ground black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Let the mixture rest for about 30 minutes before forming into patties.
  3. Place the cooking oil in a frying pan over medium to medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the chicken patties for approximately 4 minutes on each side. Be sure to cook thoroughly.
  5. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and a sprig of fresh dill.
