In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, garlic, grated onion, olive oil, sweet chili sauce, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Mix until just combined.
Lightly wet your hands to prevent sticking, and shape the mixture into four thick patties.
Add a drizzle of olive oil to a grill pan or preheated charcoal grill. Allow it to heat up for a minute or two until it’s ready for cooking.
Carefully place the patties on the grill. Cook them for approximately 3 minutes on one side.
Flip the burgers and cook for another 3 minutes on the other side. Check the internal temperature to ensure it reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once cooked, remove the burgers from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
Assemble your burgers with your favorite toppings and condiments. Enjoy them in a bun, or serve atop a fresh salad for a lighter option.
Store any leftovers in the refrigerator, covered, for up to five days.
