Ingredients
  

  • 1 rotisserie chicken, boned and shredded
  • 1 8-oz container chive-and-onion cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 4-oz cans diced green chiles
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together chive & onion cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream.
  3. Add shredded chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, diced green chiles, onion powder, garlic powder, and chili powder to the bowl and stir well. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture into the prepared dish.
  5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
