Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ lb boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into bite-size pieces
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • ¼ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken pieces with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then add them to the hot skillet.
  3. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Add in the Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt and stir until it melts and coats the chicken.
  5. Toss in the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  6. Remove the pan from the heat and add in the Parmesan cheese and parsley, tossing to coat.
  7. Serve immediately.
