Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces shiitake mushrooms cleaned and halved
  • 1 garlic clove peeled and minced
  • ¼ cup Italian parsley finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • Lemon

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the shiitake mushrooms to the skillet. Let them cook for five minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Reduce the heat, add the garlic and parsley. Stir everything together and cover with a lid.
  4. Cover the skillet and let it cook for another five minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Transfer to a serving dish and squeeze fresh Lemon juice over the top before serving.
