Ingredients

  • 2 ⅔ cups milk We used 2% – Higher fat percentage is a creamier result.
  • 3.9 ounces instant chocolate pudding

Equipment

  • Popsicle Mold

Method

  1. Whisk milk and chocolate pudding mix in a large mixing bowl until creamy.
  2. Pour pudding mixture into 6 popsicle molds, insert popsicle sticks and freeze overnight or until hardened.

Notes

  • If you have a deep freezer: place the popsicles in there instead of your indoor fridge freezer. Deep freezer tends to be colder, so your popsicles may freeze more quickly.
  • To make these fudgesicles extra creamy: mix in some Greek yogurt.
  • This recipe makes: 6 full-size popsicles. If your popsicle mold has more than six slots, double the recipe to have enough to go around.
