Ingredients

  • ½ cup Tazo passion tea concentrate
  • 1 cup strawberry white-cranberry juice
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon acai powder
  • teaspoon green coffee extract optional
  • ice
  • freeze-dried strawberries for garnish

Equipment

  • Frying pan
  • Wooden Spoon

Method

  1. Begin by gathering all your ingredients: Tazo passion tea concentrate, strawberry white-cranberry juice, simple syrup, acai powder, and green coffee extract if you’re using it. Having everything on hand will make the process smoother.
  2. In a shaker cup or a large glass, pour in the ½ cup of Tazo passion tea concentrate. This will form the base of your refresher, giving it that delicious fruity flavor.
  3. Next, add the 1 cup of strawberry white-cranberry juice. This juice not only adds sweetness but also gives the drink a beautiful pinkish hue that is so inviting.
  4. Now, pour in 2 tablespoons of simple syrup. If you prefer a less sweet drink, feel free to adjust this amount to your liking.
  5. Next, add the ½ teaspoon of acai powder. This will provide a rich depth of flavor and a boost of antioxidants.
  6. If you’d like an extra kick of caffeine, add ⅛ teaspoon of green coffee extract. This step is optional, but it can give you a nice energy boost.
  7. Using a shaker or a large spoon, shake or stir the mixture vigorously until everything is well combined. You want to make sure the acai powder is fully dissolved.
  8. Grab a glass and fill it with ice. Pour the mixture over the ice, allowing it to chill and become refreshingly cold.
  9. To garnish, add a few pieces of freeze-dried strawberries on top. This not only looks beautiful but enhances the fruity flavor.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade Copycat Starbucks Strawberry Acai Refresher. If you have leftover simple syrup, store it in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
  11. If you like it less sweet, simply omit the simple syrup entirely. Enjoy your refreshing drink!
