  • 2 cups Whole Almonds
  • 3 tablespoons White Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 250 degrees F.
  2. Beat the egg white and cold water until frothy in a medium bowl.

  5. Stir the nuts until they are well coated.

  7. Roast the almonds for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool, then store in airtight containers.
