  • 1 pound frozen popcorn chicken
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce 24-ounce jar
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese divided
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuits (6-ounce cans)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375ºF.
  2. Lightly grease a 9x13x2-inch pan with cooking spray.
  3. Cut the biscuits into quarters.
  4. Place the biscuit pieces into a medium bowl.
  5. Toss the biscuit pieces with the spaghetti sauce, popcorn chicken, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared 9x13-inch pan.
  7. Top the mixture with the remaining mozzarella cheese and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden.
