Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 optional sliced green onions for garnish

Method
 

  1. Whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Place your chicken in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, then pour the marinade over it, ensuring it is fully coated.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or ideally overnight for maximum flavor infusion.
  4. Before cooking, remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any excess. Grill, bake, or pan-sear the chicken until cooked through, then garnish with sliced green onions if desired. Serve and enjoy!
