Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsp BBQ seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Bread Seasoning
  • 2 tsp dried mustard
  • 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can whole kernel corn drained
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 gallon ziplock freezer bag
  • tortillas
  • taco toppings

Method
 

  1. Place first 7 ingredients in gallon ziplock freezer bag. Freeze.
  2. To prepare: Place contents of freezer bag in slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 6 hours. Shred chicken.
  3. Place chicken in tortillas and top with favorite toppings.

  • Storage: To store leftovers, place them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stove.
  • Freezing: You can freeze the cooked filling in an airtight container for up to three months. Just thaw before reheating.
