  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic grated
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Method
 

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 450° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or rub with oil.

  3. 3. Add the flour and parmesan and toss again. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, tossing to coat.
