Ingredients
  

  • 2 Avocados peeled and seeded
  • 1/2 Lime juiced
  • 1 Tomato diced
  • 1 Jalapeño Pepper seeded & deveined, diced
  • 1 Garlic Clove minced
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt plain low fat or fat free
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Sea or Kosher Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Add avocados and lime juice to a medium mixing bowl, mash with a potato masher or fork.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, stir until combined and has a smooth consistency.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
