Method
- Add all of the ingredients to a food processor or blender. Process until completely smooth. Note: You may need to scrape the edges of the food processor to get everything to combine.
- Transfer to a sealable container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until ready to serve.
- Serve with grated dark chocolate and/or coconut whipped cream.
Notes
- Make with Alternative Sweeteners: You can use honey, agave, or coconut palm nectar instead of pure maple syrup.
- Non-Dairy Options: Almond Breeze or another non-dairy beverage of your choice is suitable for this recipe.
- Storage: Mousse will keep for up to 4 days in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
- Freezing: You can freeze the mousse and enjoy it like ice cream. Simply thaw for about 8 minutes before scooping.
