Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed avocados, granulated sugar, and eggs. Mix until well blended.
Add the all-purpose flour and baking powder. Stir gently until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it out evenly.
Bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Slice and serve your Avocado Bread with butter or on its own.
