Arrange the asparagus spears on the baking sheet in a single layer.
Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the asparagus.
Bake the asparagus in the preheated oven for about 8 minutes.
After 8 minutes, carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven. Drizzle with lemon juice and melted butter.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 4 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Serve warm as a side dish or enjoy as a light main course.
