- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.

Notes
- Storage: Keep leftover beets in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. They can also be stored in a freezer-safe container if you want to keep them longer.
- Freezing: While it’s not ideal to freeze cooked beets, you can freeze raw beets. Just peel and chop them before placing in freezer bags.
