Pour any prepared toppings (see note 2) into small individual bowls. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside. Halve pretzel sticks by breaking in the middle.
Add coconut oil and chocolate chips to a small bowl. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each until melted and smooth. Or, microwave Nutella for 20–40 seconds, stirring frequently.
Dip the top third of each donut hole in melted chocolate or Nutella, shake off excess, and dip into prepared toppings. Insert half a pretzel stick into the center of the chocolate-dipped side of the donut hole.
Place the baking sheet in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to let the chocolate harden, then set out at room temperature and enjoy within a couple of hours.
